How is Protecto paid?
Protecto is paid a commission by the provider when you buy coverage. That commission is included in the product’s price: you pay no additional fees for our services.
How do I file a claim?
Call the assistance number on your insurance card or policy. In case of a medical emergency, call before receiving care if possible. The insurer can arrange direct billing. For non-urgent claims, gather your documents and submit the claim form within 90 days.
Can I modify or extend my policy?
Yes, in most cases. For travel and visitor insurance, an extension is generally possible if no claim has been made. Contact us before your current policy expires.
