The role
The advisor answers client questions about our travel and life and health products, advises them and closes the sale. No cold calling: requests come in by phone, by email and through our online platform.
Our advisors are measured on the quality of their advice, not on call quotas. That is what earns us 4.9 out of 5 across more than 700 Google reviews.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails and online requests
- Complete insurance applications and manage client file documents
- Follow up with existing clients and suggest new products
- Contact clients about policy renewals
What we look for
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Attention to detail, organization, punctuality
- Comfortable with everyday software and communication tools
- Team player
Requirements
- AMF certificate in life and health insurance or accident and sickness insurance
- Bilingual in French and English
- Based in Greater Montreal, for training and periodic team meetings
Conditions
Full time, remote. Guaranteed base salary plus sales bonuses, with annual compensation that can exceed $80,000 in the first year. Computer provided, and a full CRM so you spend your time advising rather than filing.
